Roland Law Office was founded in 2021 by attorney Sergiy Silchenko, a well-known expert in labor law.

Currently, Roland Law Office specializes in labor, customs, tax and commercial law, defends clients’ interests in courts, provides advisory support to national and regional businesses in the areas of labor and employment, corporate relations, and asset protection.

The company’s mission is to make the law accessible and understandable to the client, based on the values of the legal community. The team combines experienced partners and young ambitious lawyers, which allows us to solve legal problems of any complexity.

Roland Law Office has a well-established practice and successful experience in resolving disputes with government agencies (tax service, customs, Pension Fund), commercial and civil disputes, supporting M&A projects, foreign economic contracts in the agricultural sector, retail and green energy. We protect the interests of small and medium-sized businesses during inspections by government agencies.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Roland Law Office has been providing pro bono services to the military and their families in obtaining compensation and benefits in connection with injury or death.

Managing partner Sergiy Silchenko has been practicing law since 1998 and has been admitted to the bar since 2016. He is an expert in labor law, business protection and dispute resolution with government agencies. He has extensive experience in supporting projects in agribusiness, construction, energy and medicine. He also advises on anti-corruption legislation.
